Refund and Deposit Policy
At Ophelia’s Palette, each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide a personalized, high-touch experience. By booking with us through our online system powered by Wix, you agree to the following:
Deposits & Booking Confirmation
All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking through our secure Wix checkout. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is successfully processed. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your scheduled service. This ensures dedicated time is held exclusively for you and protects against booking misuse.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans may change. You may reschedule your appointment once without forfeiting your deposit, provided that at least 24 hours’ notice is given prior to your scheduled time.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. Any additional changes or future bookings will require a new deposit.
Rescheduling can be completed through your booking confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to reserve any future appointments.
Service Satisfaction (No Refunds on Services Rendered)
Due to the nature of nail services, all services are final and non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is deeply important to us. If you have any concerns, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can thoughtfully review and, where appropriate, offer adjustments.
SMS & Appointment Communications
By providing your phone number during booking, you consent to receive appointment-related communications, including confirmations, reminders, and service-related follow-ups via SMS and/or email. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP.”
