By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from Ophelia’s Palette, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this website or booking services.

This website is owned and operated by Ophelia’s Palette, a professional nail studio specializing in nail health, structured gel services, maintenance, and custom nail artistry.

3. Services

Ophelia’s Palette provides premium nail services, including but not limited to:

  • Manicures

  • Waterless pedicures

  • Structured gel services

  • Nail art and design

  • Nail health and maintenance

All services are subject to availability and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

4. Appointments & Booking

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through approved booking methods.

  • A valid payment method may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information.

  • By booking, you agree to all studio policies outlined in these Terms.

5. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost.

  • Accepted payment methods will be presented at the time of booking or checkout.

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least [24/48 hours] in advance.

  • Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

7. Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or cancellation of the appointment.

  • Clients arriving more than [10–15 minutes] late may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

8. Health & Safety

  • Clients are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, infections, or sensitivities prior to service.

  • Ophelia’s Palette reserves the right to refuse service if a condition may compromise safety or service quality.

  • All services are performed in accordance with professional sanitation and hygiene standards.

9. Results Disclaimer

While every effort is made to provide exceptional, consistent results, outcomes may vary based on individual nail condition, aftercare, and lifestyle. Specific results cannot be guaranteed.

10. Refunds & Satisfaction

  • All services are final and non-refundable.

  • If you experience any concerns with your service, you must notify Ophelia’s Palette within [48–72 hours] of your appointment to be considered for an adjustment.​

11. Photo & Media Release

Photos or videos of nail services may be taken with your verbal consent for business and promotional purposes, including:

  • Website galleries

  • Social media platforms

  • Marketing and branding materials

Media will focus on the nail work and will not intentionally include your face or identifying features without additional explicit consent.

If you prefer not to have your nails photographed or used for promotional purposes, you may decline at any time prior to or during your appointment.

By granting verbal consent, you authorize Ophelia’s Palette to use, reproduce, and publish such media in a professional manner consistent with brand standards.
